The Board of AdmiNZ invites all members to attend the 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association of Administrative Professionals New Zealand Incorporated.
As per Rule 3.4 of the AdmiNZ Constitution this is notice of the AGM. The business of the AGM (Rule 3.2) is to confirm the minutes of the previous meeting, adopt the Annual Report, adopt the report on the finances of the association and the annual financial statements, consider any motions and consider any general business.
Documentation is available on the website, all documents will be loaded no later than Friday 15 July.
For members unable to attend, please respond to the invitation (unable to attend) and a link to the advanced voting will be sent to you and you will noted as an apology.
