There is no better time than now to assist other administrators with the help they need to ensure contact, friendship and leadership.
The AAPNZ mentoring programme is aimed at developing skills for both the mentor and mentee. The programme sits alongside the new member "buddy" system and although informal in nature, does have a broad structure and is monitored.
It’s a free service with mentors volunteering their time to the programme.
Our mentoring programme is simple:
To apply to be a Mentor and/or a Mentee, click on the link Application buttons below (you will need to be logged in).
Mentees will then access the profiles of the available Mentors and they can establish contact with their preferred mentor.
Once you have mutually agreed the Mentor relationship, you will both sign up to the AAPNZ Mentoring Agreement.
AAPNZ provides guidelines and support for mentors and mentees to help them build successful relationships.
